Our ship ran into a storm on the day before dis-embarking at Dover, England.  I have to surmise that the aim of NCL was to clear the ship as promptly as possible to make room for the next group coming on.   We were told by the Captain over the PA system that in order to expedite dis-embarking our luggage would be forwarded to our home address and would probably be waiting for us when we arrived.  This was a blatent fabrication.  Five days after leaving the ship our group is unable to find anyone with NCL who will even discuss our problem.

This seems to be another indication that this cruise line has little concern for their public relations and even less concern for their customer.  Based on these indicators I do not feel that I entrust myself to A company that has no more regard for Customers than they have and would not use them again.  Except for Sales, telephones at NCL are answered by voice mail connections which isolates them from Customers.  Naturally, no one ever calls back.
