Eating was not pleasant. The food was not as good and veggies. we not cooked, or were over cooked. The service was slow. Waiters were nice but never got to know them as we were always seated at different tables. Did not get to visit with other guests, so very impersonal. Formal dinning also bad with freestyle when some people come dressed up and others in day wear. Dress code not enforced, so formal nights not special.
Staff at front desk, bingo, many bars, night shows, and shops were rude and not helpful. Bingo prices so high many did not play, and pay offs were very small, not fun any more.
Shore excursions were not organized very well. Time for trips were pushed to the limit, with late starts, slow tenders, and rude staff. The prices are so high for the trip you take in a short time.
Tipping is a personal thing, putting on credit card we do not like. Not sure who is getting the money. We like to tip for good service to that person. Not being told what to tip, or who to.
Do not think we will take any more NCL trips unless we hear that things have improved.
