The Norwegian Dream turned out to be a nightmare. As we boarded the ship we were
given a flyer saying they were not stopping at Sitka. The reason we paid more
and selected this cruise was to go to Sitka. We found out that they knew from
the start of the 2005 season that they were not going to Sitka. They contacted
some of the passengers and offered a full rebate to $50.00 credit. So they knew
when they sold us the cruise that they were not going Sitka. During the cruise
we passed Sitka Twice. They cut the time in ports to the point people could not
take the shore trips. The discontent got so bad that the Captain had to call a
meeting to try and clam the passengers down. This was fraud from the start. On
the last day a passenger from Arz. told us he came back to his room after dinner
and found one of the ships officers passed uot drunk in his bed. All the
officers have a master key. This is a cruise line that only thinks of how much
money they can make and they will tell you anything to get it . We have received
nothing from NCl and I am reporting them to the local D.A.
