Very disappointed with this cruise. I thought NCL would have gone the extra mile to make sure everyone had a good time. The pools were cold, even though NCL told me they were heated. The hot tubs were lukewarm and since this was April, on the cold days it only took 15 minutes in the hot tub and you were cold.

The photos were grand larceny - $14.99 for each 5x7 photo. Shore excursions were double (or more) than the actual price of the actual event at the window.

NCL advertises "no dress code," but that is a lie.

We thought the entertainment was very good, but otherwise NCL sucks. We won't book another cruise with them. Too many other good cruise lines are available. Talking to others on the ship, they felt the same way.

Buffet was horrible. Dining room food was good and bad depending on the night, but nothing to write home about.

Except for two, the waiters were horrible. They never came back to see if we wanted anything else. We almost had to pour our own coffee or we wouldn't have gotten any. Oh yeah the drink pushers on deck had no problem asking if we wanted drinks every two minutes - "Bar Service, Drinks, Bar Service" and on and on and on.

Rooms were pretty good. Occasionally had brown water in the bathroom sink.

What onboard activities? The Calypso Band? I think they played the same song all week.

Airboat ride in Florida was good and the Dolphin Encounter in Nassau was good but BOTH were outrageously priced.

Carnival was way better than NCL. Others onboard told us Royal Carib and Princess were way better than NCL.
