On June 4th 21 of us ages from 1 year old to 63 went on the Majesty from Boston to Bermuda. All in all we had a great trip.  The food was no where near what we thought it would be and they didn't do anything really extravagant with fruit and ice sculptures etc.

The ship was very clean and the staff was outstanding.  They were always willing to wait on you hand and foot 24hrs a day.  The drinks were expensive though.  You had to pay 5.50 a drink plus a 1.50 for a special cup and then they put 15% tip on top of every drink.  So if you but 2 cups which is like 12oz of a frozen drink with tip its like 15.05 per round.  Very expensive considering you will be on the ship for 6.5 days.  Bottles of water were 3.00 a pop and the water from the tap was not good!

The food on the Buffets were terrible, and the dining room selection wasn't all the great either!  The best thing they had was hot dogs and french fries which was open 24 hrs.  The eggs were very runny and tasted like sea water.  They offered raw herring every morning on the buffet but I don't think one person had any.

All in all we had a grand time but expect to spend a minimum of $500 to $700 dollars once you get thru paying for drinks, pictures, and at the end of the week you are expected to put up another $150.00 to tip your cabin steward, busboy, waiter and matre'd per 2 people in room. So all said and done it's going to cost you about 7 or 8 hundred per person on top of the cost of your ticket.  All in all we had a very good time and Bermuda was awesome.
