John Mikesch
Age: 59 Entry process was efficient, well organized, quick. Ship is beautiful, yet not garish or neon. Ride was very smooth, one night on the open ocean a little bumpy, but the Transderm-Scop patch was compeletly effective. Food was great, and i was traveling with some people who might have been critical. No complaints from anybody. Felt the ship could have offered a few more public bathrooms. The piano/vocalist (Rob Ellis)at the Atrium on deck 7 is VERY GOOD. You don't need a nightlight, extension cord, or have to worry about the beds being too hard (things i prepared for from reading previous reviews). I would recommend you NOT sign up for shore excursions ahead of time. Most of them can be arranged for when you arrive at each port, and usually at a lower cost. Often when you get to a location, you might wish to use your time differently. We were tempted to try Le Bistro and Horizon, but frankly were so happy with the normal dining rooms (4 Seasons and 7 Seas), that we ate all our major meals there. We were VERY happy to have made the decision to sail in and out of Seattle, much easier than Vancouver, B.C. Ask a Question About NCL, Norwegian Cruise Lines
