This trip was AWFUL! They lost our luggage! The food was terrible! They didnt replace our sheets and towels for 3 days!

We were the very first to check in our luggage at the ship at 9:30 that morning. After boarding the ship around 12:30, we were told we'd get our luggage around 2pm. At 2:30, when our luggage didnt show up, we inquired. They said 2pm was too early. It'll be more like 3pm. at 3:30, I asked the receptionist. They told me they didn't know why anyone would tell us we'd get our luggage at 2 or 3pm, because we wouldn't get it until 5pm when the ship sails. At 5:30, I got back worried that we were about to sail and we still didn't have our luggage. They told me they were sorry about the delay and that we should get it at 6. At 6:30, I demanded to talk to a manager. The manager, who was obviously ticked and told that I was "impatient", admitted that they lost some pieces of luggage and gave me her word that we'd get it at 8pm. I told her I've had it! We waited the whole afternoon, no one did ANYTHING to find our luggage and wanted someone to find ours NOW! She refused!!! She said they were already looking. At 8:30, infuriated, I went back to the reception desk and make a scene! I had been patient the whole afternoon and I hadn't seen my luggage for 11 hours. I was going to make a scene until somebody got off their butt and started looking. FINALLY, someone did. The receptionist got off her desk and started looking for our luggage. We finally received 5 of the 6 checked-in pieces an hour later. My bag was damaged and they didn't find the sixth piece until the next morning!

The food was really bad. The buffet food was no better than cafeteria food. To go to the fancier restaurants, you have to pay a cover charge, THEN you pay extra for many items on the menu...AND it didn't even taste good. We ended up getting up and leaving hungry many times! Also, waiters all expect you to tip on top of the $12 /day /person service charge. That's a total of $72 tip for crappy food.

The room was AWFUL! They didnt replace our sheets and towels for 3 days! I even purposely dropped our sheets on the floor so they know they need to be replaced. They simpled PICKED them up and REPLACED them (dirty!) on the rack!!!

Stay away from the entire SHIP! I'm NEVER booking with NCL ever again!
