the whole crew was very friendly. The cruise director, Matt was awesome as was his whole staff. The service in the crossings resturant was great. The buffet on deck 11 was good. Our cabin steward was outstanding we were in room 9036. It was always very clean; the steward was outstanding! He remebered our names right away was very good needs a raise. My mother could not walk very far and their was no offer of a wheel chair. I did discover a golf cart type shuttle in nassua so my mom could go up to the street and get a taxi. The person at the desk did not tell us of this even though I had inquired. We would have taken the excursion to the dig if we had known she could have rode up to the street. Overall we enjoyed it very much. The last island trip did leave me a bit upset, but I am sure that percautions have been put in place so something like that does not happen again.
