Norwegian Cruise Lines Mrs. Doran
Once we made it through the very long line, ( there is a separate line for Latitudes members, which I am a member), but I didn't want to leave those who weren't behind, everything seemed to go much smoother. *ROOMS* We were able to go right to our rooms, which were a mix of 10th floor balcony rooms, and a couple of 5th floor inside state rooms. The rooms were adequate. There isn't much room for storing your luggage, or your clothing. *FOOD* The buffet in Raffles is good for a quick bite, but after a few days the selection didn't seem to change. I would recommend the stir-fry station. I only ate in one specialty restaurant, Cagney's Steakhouse, and it was fantastic! All of the other nights we ate in Windows, which was very nice as well. *CASINO* Didn't spend much time in here because of how smokey it was, go in the morning if you don't like the smell of cigarettes. *POOL/HOT TUBS* Couldn't even get near them as the college spring breakers took them over. Why the staff lets people bring drinks into the hot tubs to float the empties around in when they are done is beyond me. *PORTS OF CALL* St Thomas/Tortola/Samana Bay *ENTERTAINMENT* The shows were great. My husband was hypnotized by Tim Triplett. The last night of there was a compilation of all shows. That was nice. *DISEMBARKATION* Smoothest sailing of the whole trip.
