This was without a doubt the worst cruise I have ever been on. The ship blew an engine shortly after leaving our first destination and we were only able to go half speed. With only one engine functioning the prudent thing to do would have been return to Port and refund the passengers their money. However Norwegian and Capt Borg decided to continue but changed the intinerary from US Virgin Islands to Dominican Republic and a private cay that can best be described as Gilligan's Island without the humor or Ginger and Marianne. Even the normal function of the ship was bad. The buffet food was inedible and the staff varied from disinterested to rude. Communication was difficult due to a staff that seemed to be 80% non-conversant in English even though the home port was Florida. Never again will I travel on this company's ships.

Mostly the food was OK if you went to the main dining facility or paid extra at the specialty cafes. The buffet was worse than cafeteria food.

Functional and relatively clean.

Mostly revolved around trying to sell their over priced jewelry.

Couldn't tell you there were no excursions available after the change in itinerary.

It sucked.
