The ship is well maintained, but not fancy. The casual freestyle of NCL is what
the deliver. One cabin in the group did have problems with odors. Cabin size was
sufficient and the beds were very comfortable.
The service was slow in the main dinning rooms and average for quality. The
optional venues were far better in service and quality, but you have a charge
for most area. The café buffet area was limited in choice compared to other
ships. Room service was prompt with a wakeup call to make sure you were ready
for them to deliver.
Shore excursions can be purchased at a ATM type machine which was great.
Unfortunately the staff was not well organized on shore and was difficult to
find the correct waiting area even for this traveler of almost 20 cruises.
A new cruiser would think they had a great time, but I’m hesitant to recommend
to a repeat traveler that has traveled on other lines. I was very impressed at
the aggressive nature NCL took with sanitizing stations before boarding and at
all eating area.
Please note the tender facilities are NOT designed for wheel chairs and one
guest was quite upset that they only could see one of the four ports during the
cruise.
