Norwegian Wind
Norwegian Wind has been retired and is no longer in service
Originally built as the Windward in 1993, this ship was renamed Norwegian Wind in 1998 following a spectacular stretching operation carried out by Lloyd Werft shipyard in Bremerhaven, Germany. The addition of the 131 ft. mid-section significantly improved the exterior appearance of this formerly rather "chubby" vessel.
