Itinerary: Hawaii
This is the first cruise we have gone on with Free Style Dining. We do not like
it at all. We never had the same waiter, etc. which we have enjoyed in the past.
We had trouble making the shows because dinner would take us at least 3 hours.
Even if we went at 6:30 PM for dinner we could not make the shows. There was
always long lines for the dining rooms because of the Free Style Dining. We had
one tendering problem which was very dangerous. We were tendered on the windward
side and it was very rough. The tender was hitting the side of the ramp so hard
and high that if someone feel they could either lose a leg or their life. Also
we realize that this is an old ship but the mattresses should have been replaced
a long time ago. We did not have to worry about rolling out of the bed because
the slop of the mattress was so bad we always rolled to the center. I could go
on about the cabins but it would take too long. No matter what we made the best
of what we had. Never say never but at this point I don't think we will cruise
on NCL again.
