I will never cruise with NCL again.
Overall, I felt pressure to buy from the constant barrage of people selling stuff. Their policy of allowing smoking in the staterooms made it difficult to avoid smoke.
NCL has a lot to learn about customer service. I felt they treated their passengers like cattle and really didn't care if we had a good time or not.

I felt the quality of the food was mediocre, desserts were clearly frozen products and did not impress me at all. It was a floating cafeteria.

Stateroom was adequate. Our steward was awesome.

There wasn't much going on and i didn't feel the cruise staff cared if we were involved or not.
The cruise Director Andy, was obnoxious and distant from the passengers.

The excursion we took on Samana to the waterfalls was not a moderate level at all.
We hiked up and down treacherous terrain. Several p[people in our group injured themselves. By the time we arrived at the waterfall it was time to leave.
NOT worth it at all.
The next day we took one to St. Johns, again disappointed. The ferry was 30 minutes late which meant we didn't have the advertised time on the beach. Nor did we have the opportunity to snorkel.
The only excursion we truly enjoyed was the Catamaran to Norman island at Tortola.
That trip was awesome and I look forward to retuning the BVI again

I was traveling with my family and that was what made this trip memorable.
Not the cruise line.
I will take a cruise again someday but only on Italian lines.
They know how to make people feel comfortable, happy and well fed.
Life's too short to eat bad food or drink bad wine.
