WE'VE SAILED ON 4 CRUISES TO ALASKA, EVERYONE HAS BEEN EXCELLANT. EXCEPT THE LAST ONE, THE LEVEL OF SERVICE YOU GET ON THE SHIPS HAVE DECREASED SINCE THEY STARTED THE PRE-PAID GRATUITY. IT SEEMS THAT THE ONLY GOOD SERVICE YOU GET IS FROM THE ONES THAT WANT TO SELL YOU SOMETHING. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NOT ABOUT SERVICE LIKE IT USED TO BE. ALL I CAN SAY IS CHOOSE YOUR CRUISE CAREFULLY. THE PEARL IS A EXCELLANT BOAT, AND THE ALASKA CRUISE IS THE BEST. BUT IT ONLY TAKES A FEW BAD APPLES TO LEAVE A BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH. IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF NCL HOPE THE NEXT CRUISE HAS BETTER SERVICE.

THE FOOD WAS GOOD, BUT COLD IN THE BUFFET.

THE STATEROOM WAS GOOD, BUT WE HAD THE BAD APPLE.

EXCELLENT SHIP, SERVICE IS GOING DOWN.
