Very disappointing. I don't think I have ever felt more "ripped off" on a vacation -- everything was "extra" -- from the $12 per person per day for housekeeping to the "fee" to dine in all but two restaurants to many of the advertised activities. Then, on top of that, there was a hard sell on their products. For example, I went to the spa for massages, yet, they tried to convince me to buy all sorts of other services.

It was fine -- nothing to write home about. The exceptions -- excellent fruit lay out each meal on the buffet; the desserts were not good at all.

Adequate. Tiny beds, but comfortable.

Not enough activities for the kids.

The 40 Degrees below excursion in Skagway was fabulous. The lighthouse, eagles, and totem state park in Ketchikan was nice.

As well as a really hard sell on their skin care products. Finally, they cancelled one of the port stops (Juneau), which caused us to be in Seattle a full additional day, yet only credited us with $150 per room (whereas everything they charged me for was per person). I would not recommend cruising with them unless you budget for well over what your room charges are.
