We read the horrible reviews and were very apprehensive about the cruise. We had a cabin for 3 which meant that the hide abed blocked the entrance to the bathroom and the cabin door, and the two people in the bed had to cross over the person in the hide abed ... this is a safety hazard. Don't take the Chocolate Explosion tour ... just a long infomercial for buying chocolate, coffee and vanilla...and lunch was served from a kitchen that I am sure would not meet board of health standards. Ok... that's the only bad parts of the cruise. The rest was wonderful. Wonderful ports to tour; wonderful tours overall with friendly personnel. Exceptionally friendly crew on ship. Good food. The Kahili restaurant is first rate with excellent food and service. Pacific Heights had good food and service but not as good as Kahili. Coffee available round the clock. All in all a wonderful cruise. I've cruised 12 times before but never "freestyle cruising" and it is different but just expect the difference and you will be fine. I would recommend the cruise to anyone!!
