Pride of Aloha Cruise Review

I am sorry to say that our problems with NCL began even before we sail. I hope
this will assist others in their arrangements. In March of 2006 my sister-in-law
(husbands are brothers) and I booked an Oct. 6th 2006 Hawaiian cruise on Pride
of Aloha to celebrate our parents (in-laws) 62nd wedding anniversary. At the
time of booking directly with NCL via Lattitudes we made it very clear (we
thought) that we needed 3 cabins together for this occasion as our parents are
86 years old and we wanted to stay together in order to assist them. We booked 2
ocean view and 1 inside cabin on deck 8 near the stairwell. This week the inside
cabin was upgraded to deck 10 with a balcony. This was very upsetting to our
parents as they had hoped to keep all of us in cabins right by each other.
NCL was very rude when I called them and said it was too late
that the ship was all booked. Best of luck in other people’s bookings with NCL!!!
