The staff was really nice. We had to wait 2 hrs. for our cabin to be ready. At 5pm still no luggage and my husband found them at the opposite end of our hall just sitting there! The cabin was small, on 9th floor with balcony. The room needed dusting, the picture on the wall had some sort of something splashed on it. There was no tissue in room. The safe did not work and we had to have it replaced. There was a little mold in shower and the sliding glass door to balcony could have used some Windex.

The food was average. The lobster was a joke, nothing more than a large shrimp. Sometimes the service was good, then some nights we just waited. It was also a rather lack luster menu.

Our stateroom was tiny, we had some friends on the 4th floor that had a problem with some people smoking in the cabin, you could smell it walking down the hall!

The activities were average, the night shows need a real boost. By the way the staff could use some new uniforms, many of the staff's shirts look old and some of the men's shirts have shrunk and are too small. The staff needs to perk up and look a little more sharp!

All of the excursions are very overpriced! We rented a car for much less and saw more!

We were with a group so we did not pick this cruise line but we will not sail with NCL again.
