This ship doesn't deserve to be called Pride of America. What a dismal experience! The food was "food court" at the best of times. Most staff were very friendly, however, except for one very jarring experience. I was watching small children visiting Santa (a bored 20-something) when the photographer snapped very loudly at a young dad trying to take pictures. "NO PICTURES" he said. When the young dad tried to take a picture with his camera lowered to his side, the photograher said again very loudly: "I SAID NO PICTURES."
They obviously wanted to sell the young couple the ship's pictures. What a sleazy experience.

One more disapointment: personal wines were not allowed on board, without a $15.00/bottle fee!. All in all, NCL did a really awful job and I will definitely NOT sail this line again.

small, and not terribly clean. On two occasions, the room attendant left his soiled latex gloves in the room.
