Extremely disappointed with NCL's Pride (Shame) of America. Three instances in seven days. 1st incident -- When my mom (65yr old) asked an NCL waiter for water, he pointed to the proper area and told her she needs to get it herself - in a rude way. It's the 'rude' part that hurt. My mother was taken aback for a little while, but soon let it go. Me? It ruined my afternoon. 2nd incident -- The Cadillac Diner's staff was in the kitchen giggling it up while our family had no water or utensils for ten minutes. 3rd incident -- A group of off-duty crew members jumped off the tenderboats ahead of the passengers as if they were the passengers. It took an officer's hand in the chest of one of the staff to make the group wait. VERY unprofessional in so many ways.

Yes, there were nice crew members, but it takes just a few bad apples to ruin the bunch. This crew had more than its fair share of bad apples.

Personally, I think it's a management issue. The attitude and sloppiness always trickles down.

Food was fine. I'm not picky.

Clean. I had a balcony room.

The gym was nice.

Stay away from NCL if you like good service and common courtesy.
