did an excellant job of getting people on and off the ship both at the beginning and at end of cruise tours were excellant with efficiency and guides that could not have been outdone

very plain; could cook most of it at home at same level or better not much local food considering fruit and fish available in Hawaii would avoid the Italian specialty restaurant tried the Steak one and the Jefferson bistro and it was the best of the 3

room was kept very clean and notes left for steward were paid attention to would highly recommend the rooms with a balcony and to take advantage of room service; were prompt or in fact a few minutes early

all of the excursions were excellant and we did at least one per day all via Norwegian

deals offered on internet were not known to persons on the ship; reminder to take copies of everything on board the ship as staff if you have it in print will honor it our cruise followed week of Noro Virus and staff had some dissension but did well all things considered as working short staffed was our first cruise and other than food quality and lack of regional foods and cuisine would recommend Norwegian... if you like to eat what you do at home
