This Cruise was the worse experience my husband and I ever had. Many people on that cruise were also upset over the many problems we encountered. First, It is NOT freestyle dinning. We had lots of trouble dinning since it was all booked. We were forced to eat at 5:30pm and even that was not secure. The crew were impolite and never greeted you. The cabins were filthy and we had a balcony. My luggage was mistreated and damaged by Norwegian.

I sent a letter to Norwegian telling them what happened and to the fact that we did not receive what we paid for. It has been a month since I sent the letter, therefore I will take further
action in reference to this matter. No one should have to go thru this misery, most especially on your vacation.
