Let's first start out with: I pulled out the sofa bed to prepare my toddler's sleeping area. There was a couple of packs of Marlboro cigarettes embeddd in the bedding!! It was disgusting and filthy. Needless to say, my daughter ended up sleeping with me on my bed. It was obvious that the staterooms were rushed to be cleaned, and it was not done well at all. The ship itself was the most disappointing of all, in terms of the cleanliness and service. You would think that what the ship lacked, the staff could make up in service. Well, that was disappointing too. The crew was so lackluster and unenthusiastic. Definitely the worst of all 5 cruises I have been on. I am going to try NCL again, on another ship, the Star, to Alaska. We shall see! I can't really think that it would be worse than this one!!

Rooms - terrible.
Cigarettes found in the bedding. I took pictures and sent it to the corporate office: of course, no response, which was more irritating.

I went with my family, so I made the best of it, and had a good time together.
