We would not sail with princess again, though our previous experience was excellent on the Island Princess. This ship is too big, there is far too much effort to sell garbage, all day and night. Clogging up the walkways indoors and out. They actually charge to use a pool on the upper deck called "Sanctuary," what will be free in the future? The food in the dining room and service, were both well below par. Very disappointed. The two specialty restaurants, Sabatini's and Crown grill were excellent. The destinations were good, you should know ahead of time that some ports are inhabited by poor people who count on tourists for their living. Some fellow passengers were afraid to be approached, but they were just paranoid. The ports were beautiful and very safe.

Terrible in the main dining room. We elected the alternate choice 4/5 nights because the evening's special was bad. Eat at the specialty - it's worth the $25 to enjoy great food and service. Though the main dining room should have much better food than they offered. This may have been their way to get you to pay, don't know. We also had a Grand Suite, with a glass dining room table and outdoor table on the huge rear deck. This is the most expensive suite on the ship and on other cruises we could have had our meal brought from the dining room and served to us in our room by our butler. Not on Princess. Sounds picky, well, for $9,000 for a one week cruise certain things should be made available and included for free. They would, however, serve us a dinner for two, not the same dinner, for $100 a couple. We were not impressed and would sooner go to the buffet.

The room was excellent. There was free internet, typically slow, but free. The in-room PC was broken, after a few days the "internet guy" told me that it needed to be replaced when next in port. It looked like it was broke before the last cruise ended. Asked if he could bring us a pc from elsewhere in the ship he said "no." The customer is always, well, not "right" in Princess land - again, $9000.

Excellent cabin steward and room service, which by the way , is no longer free.

Typical pool games, dancing, outdoor parties and buffets. These never interested me, but looked similar to what we've seen before.
