We will never again sail Princess.This ship is riddled with issues. Overall, very poor customer service and care. We are not first time cruisers and have several ships to which we can make comparisons. This one was the worst. They completely ruined our vacation. Other passengers were very angry at the Any Time Dining reservations. They made their reservations only to find that there were no available tables when they got there. Why make reservations then? Any Time Dining is NOT the way to go. (Unles you enjoy eating in the Horizon Court...NOT!) Other passengers said the cruise line messed up their birthdays-one woman who is actually 44 was given a birth year to be 13-so she was not allowed in the casino! She said they never were able to fix the problem. The crew notified us an hour late that when we were arriving back to Port Everglades we were at Pier 29! A long way from Pier 2! So they had 2 small shuttle buses for 3000 passengers to take us to where we should have been at pier 2. In addition, the bus driver was waving a dollar bill at us announcing that he would appreciate being tipped. What a nightmare!

The food at the Horizon Court was HORRIBLE. Breakfast was cold-cold-COLD. I selected a waffle which was so hard I couldn't even saw through it with a knife. The eggs were cold and runny. They did not have any egg stations where you could order an omelet. The selections for lunch were not very good-the meat and pork slices were like shoe leather. So we ate bread and salads.The only place to eat on this ship is in the restaurant. Breakfast there was ok. AT least you can get hot food there. There is a small pizza station on deck 15 which was good. This was the first cruise we went on where we actually LOST weight.

The staeroom was ok. The bed was very lumpy and hard-in need of replacement. Very small showers.

They had a young lady from Australia calling the final jackpot Bingo-she completely messed up the color cards, called out incorrect numbers on the lines and mangled rhyming every number she called. She was horrible and many people were angry. They need to remove her from calling Bingo. The Spa was nice especially during port days when you could have the whirlpools and spa area almost to yourself.

This trip started out badly. When we arrived at the port, it was raining, not unusual for Florida. The porters took our luggage and other passengers told us that during a downpour, the porters ran for cover and left our luggage out in the pouring rain for over an hour. When our luggage arrived that evening, we had puddles of water inside the bags and of course our clothes were completely soaked. After we complained, they laundered our clothing and returned it 2 1/2 days later. Dry clean only clothing was ruined. We had no clothing for that period of time-we missed the formal night dining and our 5 day cruise was ruined from the get go. They couldn't have enough customer care to even throw a tarp over the luggage or make arrangements to protect our luggage in the rain. We will never sail Princess again. Very, very poor customer care.RCCL and Celebrity have never treated us so poorly.
