The ship, food and entertainment were terrible. They wanted my son to use a broken cot to sleep on, he ended up sleeping on the floor for the entire cruise. They were serving spoiled food at the buffet. The entertainment was awful only the comedians were good. Thank goodness for beautiful island so the whole trip wasn't a write off. When customer service was contacted they offered me a $200 on board credit but then told me it we be of no use because I said I would't cruise with them again. NEVER cruising with princess again!!
The food was very poor. According to staff on the ship they have taken many things off the main dinig room menu and put it in the specialty restaurants so you now have to pay for it. The buffet was awful. We ended up eating hamburgers and hotdogs for most of the trip!
The room attendant was very good. However they brought a broken cot to the room for my son to use for the week. He ended up sleeping on the floor for the week.
Pool was good and the Movies under the stars was good. Layout of the ship was terrible.
Took the Hato Caves and Willenstad walking tour excursion which was very good.
