Princess cruise offers acceptable standards but extremely disappointing customer service.
Before and after the cruise I noticed that serious weakness. Now I am very upset because on my last cruise in september 2012 I bought and paid on my credit card $700 of photos taken on that cruise. Their sale pitch was that they would deliver those at my door. Six weeks later I have not received anything and trying to get an answer or explanation is a nightmare. I called several times, i wrote and still... nothing!!!!.They behave like ...we have your $700 now and we couldn't care less about you.We are not talking here about being overcharge for a $6 drink,this is about $700 i gave them based on trust. Never again Princess cruise.
