Princess Cruises Ellye Bernardi The staff was for the most part ok. In the spa after any treatment they come in with their list of "recommended" products for you to use. The one girl told me I had to buy them from her and not later on because it was like giving me a prescription. I'm sorry, a prescription for massage oil and bubble bath?! Everything on the boat is a sales pitch and as the guy before said, the land tours without meals cost way more than the entire cruise. Then came check out. Although my husband and I had registered two separate credit cards at two different times (both online and prior to boarding) they charged his card with both of our expenses which pushed his credit card over the limit. The most help we got during all this was from the credit card company who raised his credit limit and didn't charge us a fee. We reported this to customer service but haven't heard anything. Now we are back home and they put the wrong ages on our marriage license so now our marriage is not legal! And guess who's fault it is? .... Ours!! And we get to pay $50 for their... I mean, our mistake. Our paper work had our correct ages but they wrote them down wrong on the license and now we get to pay. The only mistake we made was
booking with Princess and we won't make that mistake twice. Ask a Question About Princess Cruise Lines
