Emerald Princess
The theme of the Emerald Princess, the newest ship in the Princess Cruise line, is "choices". You can choose the activities on board, ranging from spa treatments to watching movies under the stars. The ship hosts five different fresh water pools and there is also a variety of dining options, including Sabatini's Italian restaurant.
