We will never take another Princess cruise. Worst customer service in the industry. When booking the cruise (departing in a different city), the Princess rep tried to sell us transportation from the local airport. I wasn't sure if we could get to the airport early enough by bus, so asked if we could call back. The rep told us we could, but that we could also book online.

I checked bus scheduled, and found the Princess option would work, so booked online. We never got any confirmation of the transportation (though they were happy to take our money). I finally called to figure out what time and exactly where at the airport the transportation would leave from. When I did, they told me we had no transportation booked. After searching for almost forever, they found the transportation booking, but told me we had the wrong one! We had transportation from within the departure city itself not to the departing city. The rep called customer service, and told me they could not do anything to switch to the correct transportation, and could not give a refund. It was too late to find alternate transportation, so Princess left us high and dry, charged us for the transportation we did not need, and we had to cancel our vacation.

Industry worst customer service aside, why on earth wouldn't you send any kind of receipt, or acknowledgement of transportation when its booked? If they had, we would have had time to find another route and could have gone on the cruise. This is flat out ridiculous. Since our experience, we have heard from many other unhappy former Princess customers. Will never consider another Prince-less experience. I have never been less satisfied as a customer, and I'm doing my best to tell the world about it.
