The ship and crew were great and the food was excellant as usual. I must note that we were late leaving from Galveston and getting to every port. On ports you must take a tender to shore (Belize/Cayman), beware if you have booked a private, (non-ship) tour. You will be late. Everyone who signs up for tours sold by the ship will be given priority disembarkation. You will have to fight for a tender ticket and otherwise be treated as 2nd class to the people who bought ship sponsored tours. This is not right. If ship sponsored tours are late getting back to the ship, (as usual), plan on being late to your next port as the domino effect takes hold. Look at your watch often as you watch the precious time in port and your plans for the day tick away.

Otherwise a truly beautiful ship and crew. I also found it harder to learn your way around the Grand than other bigger ships I have been on but you will survive. Not recommended for the time conscience types.
