Had a billiant holiday, from the embarkment to the disembarkment, which was so well organised and made our holiday stress free.Meet some lovely people, and lovely staff, who were always willing to go the extra mile, and make you feel special.I do feel they are exploited with the hours they have to work, as they all work extremely hard showing repect and concern to each and every passenger. (I cannot rate them enough) I do have concerns that the ships are beginning to lose that extra special quality, with the clientel that are affording these cruises, by giving out late offers, as their were families that caused problems to others, with unruly children. Remember you can take on your own wine etc, in your cases. This is not taken away from you. Also if you want to stop your gratitudes and tip to whom you want do so quietly, where no eyes are watching, as we are not sure that they get the full amount given.

We ate in the Michealangelo restaurant on any time dining, which suited us extremely well. We never encountered any waiting and mosly had the table we requested for. It was Excellent service, and Excellent variety of high standard cuisine. Meet some really lovely waiters and waitress, who could not do enough for us. EXCELLENT

We had a inside cabin on plaza deck, which was, comfortable, clean, and was adequate for our needs and would definately ask for it again.

It was there if you needed. We used the gym, which was excellent and joined in some of the quizez, which were fun.

Felt the entertainment was poor and needed stronger and more professional crew, who could at least sing!!!! The sail aways were appalling and working in ths industry felt it needed people who could at least engage with the passengers and get the ship rocking!!

The princess dancers and singers show got better as the week went on,pity it didn't start like this. The shows on the p&o ships were of a much higher calibre.

Excellent organization and very good advice, although very pricey, and only did one and the rest independently.
