Itinerary: Panama Canal

We have sailed on all lines and have had good and bad experiences but can honestly say we only had a great time on this cruise. The Island Princess was one of the best. We would love to go back on this ship and with the same crew and service. Everyone went out of their way to make us enjoy ourselves.

The food on this ship was average. I can honestly say we had better food on RCCL in Jan. of this year, 09.

Our room was very nice and had by far the best storage for luggage we have ever had on a ship. We usually have a balcony but not this time and was still very happy with our room. Only bathrooms were too small.

They were nice except for casino, it is too small and we do not like the coinless slot machines.

Excursions - we do not normally use as they are too expensive. We do our own when we go ashore.

The trip was wonderful. We would definetly go back on this ship again. Our staff in the dining room could not have been any better. They went above and beyond in their service to us. The Panama Canal was so great and the Captain, Roger Bilton, did a great job keeping passengers informed at all times on all important issues. This was definetly one of my favorite cruises I have ever been on.
