BEWARE OF PRINCESS CABIN SWAPPING!!!! We had reserved 2 highest level balcony rooms in Dec. All paid for & documented by a reputable agent. When we boarded last Sun. in San Juan we were informed that we had been downgraded 20 CATEGORIES to a window cabin in the bow! No explanation was given. We went to extraordinary measures to reach our travel agent who faxed proof of our cabins directly to the ship. The ships' staff told us numerous lies and basically kept us waiting 5 hours in the lobby. They would not let us speak to Princess headquarters in LA. I was sick every night in the bow. We ran into 2 other couples on board who had the same thing happen. Princess blames the travel agents, even though we clearly had proof. Interesting thing, 2 days before the cruise, Princess said they were overbooked & asked if we'd be willing to give up our balcony room for an inside room & the cruise would be free. We said absolutely not. This was a horrific experience and legal action will be pursued.
