The Ruby Princess was a sadly disappointing experience. We paid a premium fare as Princess is touted as a "cut-above" in Cruise Lines. This was not our experience. The food was mediocre at best, the service was a bit below that. Our first night in the Michaelangelo dining room we encountered salmon that wa uncooked and another dish served barely warm. On bringing this to the attention of the Maitre'd we got the proverbial kiss-off. Another evening the salad was so wilter I would not have placed it in a rabbit's cage. Wehen I brought this to the attention of the waited, he wanted to debate with me what was wrong with it. Another evening we encountered a waiter who made a series of smart-ass remarks about the food selections of those at our table.

Poor quality, see above rmarks.

It was nice, small not as clean as other ships. The bathroom was tiny, even by european standard. The shower was so small it was almost comical.

Generally good, although they need to do a better job structuring them so that they don't over-lap one another. The muscians on board were stellar.

Hore back ride onGra Turk was excellent.

This will be our last rtrip on Princess. We spoke to several other seasoned travelers on board who all said the dame thing, "Never again on Princess.
