The Sapphire is a beautiful ship, the pools and public rooms are great. The food was excellent in both the main dinning room and Horizon court. Our service was the worst we ever had in our 15 cruises. On two occasions, we complained to the captain, and service improved for only a few minutes. We ate at Sabatinos ($20 per person cover) and this was very disappointing, the service was poor and the food was basically the same as dinning room, not worth the extra $40. All in all, the dinning supervisors did not help the service much. The production shows were good, but the other entertainment was only fair. Lounges were beautiful, but here were times when no entertainment was available in the evening. Scheduling was very poor, as it was impossible to take in all shows if you had late seating. Housekeeping was excellent and was bar service. Beautiful ship but poorly run, especially the dinning room
