We have taken three Princess cruises and this will be our last one. The service on Princess has gone down considerable since it has been bought by Carnival. Last cruise we missed Grand Cayman due to a group getting stuck on a tour, we had to wait in Montego Bay until 1am. It did not seem like Princess really cared about our disapointment. We were also supposed to go to Ochos Rios and ended up in Montego Bay with no prior notification. Staff is much ruder then in prior years. Getting a refund on Port charges is insulting when you look forward to the port of call
