We had an overall wonderful experience on this cruise. First off I would like to say that I went with a group on 10 people which was a journey to coordinate and this vacation was much needed after that.

The Ship- This is a very nice looking ship. The decor is your typical cruise ship. The rooms I found were spacious in comparison to my past cruise with royal carribean. We had an Window room which was nice. Theclosets were large and there was plenty of space for your belongings.

The food: We chose the anytime dining option which I loved. Considering we were a group of 10 we had no problem with seating. We had problems getting reservations because of our group size but when we arrived at the resturaunt we had a 10 minute wait at the most. My only complaint would have to be the dining room hostess and the Maitere 'D. One night my husband chose to wear a hat to dinner. He was dressed in slacks and a very nice button down shirt along with this hat. Mind you this was not a baseball cap but a dressy hat. When we arrived the hostess asked him to remove his hat. He did so but upon entering the Portofino dining room we noticed that their were to other people in the restaurant wearing baseball caps so he put his hat back on. The hostess notice this an immedatly informed the Maitere'D who immediately came over to ask him to remove his hat. He asked why and was told that hats and t-shirts were not allowed because they would offend people. He again removed it when 2 other people entered the dining room wearing NY hats and T shirts with offensive remarks on them. The Maitere'D and hostess very nicely escorted them to their table and did not ask them to remove their hats. Through out the night this was a common scene we were extremely offended and he put his hat back on. Immediately they began making a fuss. they would each come over and talk to the waiter and other Maitere' D's right in front of our table and make gestures as to the hat. It made us feel very uncomfortable and singled out.

The food in the dining room however was exceptional. I really recommend the fettuccini ask for this topped with chicken mmmm... The buffet food was ok but the PIZZA!!!! WOW delicious!

The shows and activities were great and we had such a good time. We would definitely cruise with them again.
