The ship and the cruise itself were very good. My issue was with the accommodations. Since I am a light sleeper, I got a cabin by myself across the hall from my husband and daughter. Every night/early morning, I was rudely awakened by loud noises. They were very loud and somewhat disconcerting as I thought something had happened to the ship. I asked my room attendant what the noises were coming from and he feigned ignorance. This lasted all week. Finally towards the end of the cruise, I found that there was a closet/room next door that contained what appeared to be an industrial type of ice machine. Needless to say, I was exhausted for the whole cruise. When I returned home from the cruise, I notified Royal Carribean. I was told that they checked with the ship and that there was no such room. They offered a $50 on-board credit on my next cruise. I told them I felt their offer was not commensurate with a weeks' worth of lost sleep.
