Have tried to explore and book a cruise on Royal Caribbean. On two separate phone calls the agent taking the call did not seem to care. They (the agents on both occasions)took little effort to help on the call. A subsequent talk with Resolutions, a customer service supervisor and someone who seemed to be a manager gave no additional cause to see if any one cared or was going to help - again no one seemed to care. With this kind of service, I would not expect to get any better service on the cruise. With all the cruise lines offering services - Royal Caribbean has cut it self out of the running.
