This was our 3rd cruise and 2nd on the Enchantment of the seas (6/2007) and (6/2010). We had a wonderful time and everything was smooth sailing ! My wife and I are in our early 50's and my daughter is 25. We love RC and highly recommend this cruise line and this ship in particular.

The food was excellent. Every thing was well prepared, wonderful presentation, and lots of it ! Both the formal dining and the open dining buffet was outstanding. The food selection was unbeliveable. The waiters were the most friendliest, kind people I have ever met. They truly love their job and will go to any extreme to make your dining experience a perfect 10. I wish everyone could experience the same service we did. It was sad having to say good bye to our stateroom attendant and waiters. We formed a bond of friendship that we will remember for years to come.

Stateroom was average. We had an inside room with 3 people so it wasn't bad. Besides you are only in the room to change clothes and sleep. The mattress was a little worn out but other than that no complaints.

The activites were great. Lots to do and something for all ages. We had a blast !

My daughter and I took the kayak adventure on Bermuda and were very happy with the excursion. The guides were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really want to make you happy and don't treat you like a tourist.

We left on 6/12/2010 out of Norfolk VA and sailed to Bermuda on a 5 night cruise. The parking and shuttle bus to and from the cruise ship was smooth and hassel free. RC really knows what they are doing and treat you with respect.
