For the money, Carnival is a much better deal. Firstly, the initial port stole from my luggage! And customer service would not process my claim. Worse - unless you are dining in the main hall, the buffets are hardly open and the food is horrible. The service people are just OK, nothing great or friendly. Laslty, the activities on the boat, skating and rock wall have a HUGE line. Unless you are willing to wait for hours and hours (and it closes too) then its not worth it.
Unforunately, this was the complete opposite experience on other cruise ship. Needlesstosay, we will NOT be going on another Royal Carribean cruise. I wouldn't care where they went. Better cruises with other providers.
Horrible except for dining room
Small but nice
Not as many as Carnival for families
Shore excursions were OK. Not as many choices as others.
