This was my first and last cruise with Royal Caribbean. i have been on numerous other cruises and was highly disappointed our experience.

The food was good, nothing outstanding, but nothing was bad either.
i was disappointed in no midnight buffets. The main buffet restaurant closed at 9pm and you could only get pizza and water after that. There was only one ice cream machine on the whole ship, which carries 4,300 people, and it closed at 8pm.

Our stateroom overlooked the promenade, but was disappointing because you had to lean over the couch and look down to see anything beside the windows across from ours.

There were not many onboard activities and the ones they did have didn't start until 10:30 or 11:30 at night.
we stayed in the room a lot or at the casino because there wasn't much else to do.
We are not big drinkers and that seeemed to be the only thing to do at night.

Our best excursion was in Cozumel, Mexican cuisine cooking and tasting. we had a blast! Luis was our chef and he was the best, very friendly and helpful. this was by far one of the best excursions we've ever done and will do it again.

The staff was very unfriendly except in the dining room, they were the only employees that we encountered that smiled and would talk to you.
we never received our customer satisfaction survey which they said would be in our room on the last night. we wanted to put the tips for the staff on our credit card on the last night and they told us we couldn't, that the dealine was the day before.
the best thing about the ship was the Beatles show. they were great! i'm not that big of a Beatles fan, but was highly impressed with this group of men.
