This was my second cruise, first being Hawaii. This boat was chartered for the week, and full to capacity.

The crew were very pleasant . However, they are very good at repeating "I'm sorry".

First we reserved a dinner reservation at the Italian specialty restaurant at 8 pm. Upon boarding I get a call stating my 530 reservation was moved to 630 as that is when they open. Customer service directs me to the restaurant manager who happens to be on Coco Cay for the day. Manager calls me and says they are full! Come at 815 as a compromise. Table still was not ready until 830. I paid 80.00 for this?

Second issue is they lost or failed to deliver our valet bags to Orlando airport. We arrived home at 330 Sunday with no baggage. It was a nonstop so they could not blame the airline. Now I,m trying to get a refund of the 60.00 valet fee as the contract was not fulfilled. RCCL blames the contractor " Bags, Inc" and Jet Blue for the error. But I paid RCCL! They are supposed to get back with me in 1-2 days after they research the problem. SHIPS CREW WAS WONDERFUL, THE BACK OFFICE LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED

Excellent food in the dining room and buffet! Far exceeded my expectations. Diner seating issues were addressed by Dennis, head waiter, in the main dining room. The Windjammer staff was extremely friendly as well. Portofino staff were pleasant and addressed our desires well during dinner.

We had an inside cabin. It seemed small at first, but was well laid out and functional. The shower felt like a transporter tube from Star Trek. Even the cruise director made jokes about it.

Plentiful activities. If you didn't find anything to do, it's not because it was not offered. Never did make it to the sports deck or flow rider

Sunset beach bar in St Maarten. Watch the crazy tourists try not to get blown away on the airport fence. Watch you tube for footage. They were crazy.

Again this was a charter trip. Activities. We're wild and crazy. I was very pleased by the boat and crew. I,ve described 2 small personal issues. These were learning experiences and would not let it affect any future cruise plans with RCCL. The crew was friendly. I would however cruise more if it did not feel so ala cart for the services it offers. I would gladly pay an extra premium not to feel as though each dept had their hand out.
