We have cruised with RCCL SEVERAL TIMES over the past few years, especially on the Freedom of the Seas. Being Diamond members, we are familiar with services that RCCL USED TO OFFER. this cruise was the worse cruise of any that we have been on--including all cruise lines. From the disorganization upon embarkation, the first port being canceled entirely, arriving in St. Thomas on the 4th day 2 hrs late and leaving 3 1/2 hrs later, to departing St. Martin 1hr early. To top things off, the evening shows which were always offered twice a night were only offered one time (9:00) every evening due to the fact there was a large group (high seas) onboard. Never told this before booking. Everything revolved around high seas group, no addl show, no late diner seating, activities only for high seas. Upon return, corp office said since this involved the whole ship there was nothing they could do to address the situation because it would involve compensating everyone onboard which they will not do!!

Food was average at best. Little variety and very fatty meat. Found several food selections offered over and over instead of changing out.

Stateroom was fine. Clean and comfortable.

Activities were not up to par as stated above.

Could not do excursions on this cruise. Coco cay port was cancelled, arrived in St Thomas late and left early so all excursions were automatically cancelled. St Martin-head to the beach.
