The food was okay. Not great but not bad either. The servers made the main dining room really fun. This was the best food of the day. We ordered room service every morning and ate it on the balcony. It came on time every day and was good. The Windjammer/buffet for lunch was the least impressive but you could usually find something suitable for lunch there. My son ate there every night before going to the kids club too and there was plenty for kids for dinner on there as well.
Stateroom was excellent. Very clean and comfortable beds. Our family of 4 shared a balcony room with a pull out couch. It was perfect for us and much larger than we expected. We were able to unpack and put all 3 suitcases under the bed and out of the way. Very happy with the room.
Onboard activities were good. We used the kids club for our kids every session. They loved it and we were so grateful for the alone time. I got to work out and relax while they had fun. They kept them very busy and happy.
We didn't do a ship excursion. We just took a taxi to a beach resort (Playa Mia) and was fine with it. With two small kids we couldn't do anything too adventurous. It served it's purpose. Pools, beach, food, clean bathrooms.
