A group of 8 senior women just back from a 4/5 d cruise on the Majesty of the Seas. We had a great time. Our rooms, outside cabins, were the smallest I have ever been in. Saying that, we were hardly in our room. The cabin was very clean and the room steward attentive. We chose anytime dining. This is the second time I have done this and really like this choice. Our wait staff (Richard and Luis) were wonderful. They made our dinners a lot of fun. The food was very good if you avoided the steaks. The ship does offer a filet from Chops for $14.99. None of us went for this extra. The cocktails were top shelf. The entertainment, mostly performed by the RC Singer and Dancers. Their voices excellant and was entertaining. The comedian was a scream! The Cruise Director and staff did a good ob of trying to entertain the masses. The casino and the Schooner bar was so smokey it just about choked you walking through the area.

The food was very good. Good variety for entrees and desserts. The steaks were grisely and suggest avoiding ordering the steak. We ate at the buffett a few times and the food and selection was good. There was a deli on the upper level which was excellant. Unfortuneately not too many people knew about it, so if you go on this ship, find it for a delicious lunch.

The room was the smallest room I have ever been in on a ship. However, it was situated in the center of everything, and very clean. My roommate and myself were hardly in our room.

Had fun, we participated in the "gotta dance" routine. The staff was energetic, courteous and engaging.

Stay away from the Straw Market in Nassau. It is a very confined space, lots of women trying to hawk their products, aggravating and intrusive. Atlanis is fun, worth the trip to see the Aquarium.

We had a great time and are already wondering where and what ship we are going on next year. It is going to be an annual getaway. I would emphatically suggest the Majesty for a great short trip.
