Absolutely the worst cruise line in the business in terms of customer service and guest relations. Guest Relations personnel did not care that there were 30 to 50 people in line needing assistance. If business would have been handled properly, there should have been very few people in line. My son has been due a refund for nearly three weeks now and they just can't seem to take care of business. If the shoe were on the other foot and the cruise line was owed money, your reservations would be cancelled.

No better than other cruise lines.

If I have to chose between Royal Caribbean and not cruising, I will stay home.
