The ship was a mess! No staff member was picking up the glasses that were strewn everywhere. Only one Coke dispenser working! No ice machine working. Was served a glass of wine in a small plastic glass!

The muster drill was a JOKE! It took forever for 30 seconds of I don't know what! The staff were running hilly nilly took our numbers down on a piece of paper!

The onboard bathrooms were horrible and I have the photos! The usually cleanliness we expect from the RC was not found on this cruise. Everywhere you looked there were glasses and cups, inside and outside the ship.

The staff were NOT friendly (exception stateroom and waiter) they seemed ANGRY! We had to flag someone down for a drink and he never smiled or answered our thanks. Being spring break we would have expected MORE staff on hand. The spring breaker OVER indulged and no attempt to quiet them down was made. I had to go to the medical to get earplugs. At 3am the yelling was still going on. The bar area was blocked and no attempt to form a line was made as no service people were visible.

My daughter and I went to the jewelry workshop and were given 2 kits and left on our own. Thursday our departure to KEY WEST was delayed because a count had to be performed due to a suspected "man overboard". The departure to that port of call was a complete disaster!! We lost several hours in Key West. No compensation was made!

At Coco Cay our 50$ Cabana was suppose to come with towels as was written on the ticket¦no towels!

The allowance of smoking at the pool and in the casino was out of hand. People went beyond the designated areas with no reprimand. I have asthma and suffered an attack after attending the casino.

At the arcade only THREE machines worked. No hockey table and this, though reported, were never rectified.

At the restaurant the bar service was iffy. We did not receive our drinks at the same time and it took quite a while at that.

NO cards were asked when taking towels therefore chairs had towels reserved all through the cruise since there was no accountability.



No one offered us drinks we had to go get them!

Two women working the front desk Thursday at 430 had an argument about who would answer the phone. Since neither backed down the phone rang incessantly with no answer. People in line had to endure this childish behavior from RC staff!

The female cruise director on channel 14 read the daily compass and didn’t seem to know what was going on. I can read too!

NO BILL was delivered to our room, though we did see some rooms had. The line up on departure due to the lack of bills was ridiculous! My husband waited 45 minutes in line! NO RC for us!
